FAQs

Is this a short story?

No, it’s an excerpt from a novel. The author has never been successful at producing short stories, because she is much, much more interested in novels.

Why is the chapbook numbered zero?

Black Mango: Remastered was originally a private printing for friends of the press. But we actually kind of love it, so we put it in the shop!

Is the Rainproof Chapbooks logo on the back cover in its final form?

No. Unfortunately, the marketing department was not at the top of its game that day. The final version is the one without ribs.

Why does it say “Not for sale” on the back of my copy?

No reason. It’s a lie. Ignore it.
