Rainproof Independent Press is currently open for chapbook submissions only.

We publish poetry, prose and art. In poetry, we’re looking for a single long poem or a sequence of related poems; in prose, a short story, novel excerpt, quite short novella, series of cockeyed meditations—just try us. For art, we’re interested in especially interested in drawing and illustration, either a collection of pieces or a single project. A submission that combines words and pictures would be received with interest!

Our chapbooks run 24-32 pages (for prose, that’s about 5,000-6,000 words). To submit, please send your entire ms. as a PDF using the form on this page. Thank you for considering Rainproof Press!
